CDF Travel Hiring Work-at-Home Customer Service Agents!


Welcome to the CDF Travel Employment Site.
Our business is focused entirely on providing vacation clubs and timeshare companies with qualified prospects to attend sales presentations in exchange for a complimentary gift.  Our primary method of achieving this is through the use of direct-mail, inbound and outbound marketing representatives.
In the past we were limited by geography and the size of our call centers.  Thanks to modern advancements in telephony, Internet speed and advanced call center software we are able to expand our employee base beyond our normal geographic limits.
We have openings for qualified customer service representatives. 
  • You must be willing to commit to 30 hours per week during one of our available time slots, either day shift or night shift.
      • Day Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (CST)
      • Night Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (CST)
      • Extra Hours: Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (CST)
  • Must be able to follow our attorney approved scripts verbatim.
  • Must have high speed Internet. (No Wireless - No Satellite)
  • Must have a USB headset with microphone. (not 3.5 mm jack)
  • Must have your own PC running Windows XP or greater.
  • Internet Explorer 7+ is recommended for access to administration site.
We use ADP for our payroll management.  We pay every Friday for your qualified tours from the previous week.  As a contract employee you are responsible for your own taxes and Social Security payments.  If you elect to utilize direct deposit, your pay will be deposited into your account every Thursday night making it available Friday morning.
